If you’re looking for supported independent living in Brisbane, you’ve come to the right place. Our SIL homes across Brisbane are set up to help you live independently, with the right level of daily support already in place.
We work with you and your NDIS planner to find a home that fits your lifestyle, your support needs, and the suburbs you want to live in. When you enquire, our team walks you through what’s available, what to expect, and the next steps to get started.
To be eligible for Supported Independent Living, you’ll generally need:
• An active NDIS plan
• SIL listed as a funded support in your plan (usually under Core, Assistance with Daily Life)
• A support needs assessment that identifies SIL as the right fit for you

Sometimes you need a short break, whether it’s planned time away or an urgent situation that comes up at short notice. Our Short Term Accommodation in Brisbane is set up to help with both.
Here’s what a stay with us includes:
• Up to 14 nights per year, as funded under your standard NDIS plan
• Meals provided throughout your stay
• 24/7 support from our care team
• Emergency respite available, we can arrange stays at short notice when you need it
Short Term Accommodation is available to NDIS participants who:
• Have an active NDIS plan with STA funding (Core : Assistance with Daily Life)
• Need a short-term stay for planned respite, or an emergency situation
• Are aged 18 or over
Your carer or family member can also contact us on your behalf to arrange a stay.
